The Pain (Depressed Reader X 2P Germany)

The Pain.

“Why do I live? Why do I breathe?” You ask yourself stumbling over your door step. “No one cares anymore.” You walk down your hall, running your hand over the wall so pictures would fall down. Al and Matt, the one picture that you have of them smiling together, shattered leaving there faces covered in glass. You didn’t even glance back all you did was continue walking. Getting to your bedroom you lay down staring at the ceiling wondering if anyone would notice if you just disappeared.
Your cell phone called out singing you “Better Than Me by Hinder”. You looked over at it staring for a second, listening to the lyrics, letting them wash over you.
Lutz’s urgent voice sounded after the beep. “(Name)!!! Just stay where you are don’t move I’ll be right there!!!”
“Lutz.” You murmured his name feeling it on your lips, tasting it. He left you. “Why would he do that? Why would he leave me?” You cried, tears streaming down you face, making the pillow under your head become damp. You held your breath trying to stop the pain. You looked around searching for something. Getting up you headed for your bathroom, opening the cabinet and picking up all the pain medication you had. Opening each of the bottles, there was none, nothing all the bottles were empty. You threw them down, tears clouding your vision. You stumble into the kitchen searching for your kitchen knife. You held it over your heart ready to push, to cut out the thing that caused you so much pain over the years but just as the tip pierced your shirt Lutz kicked open your door.
“(Name)!!!!” Lutz grabbed the knife away from you throwing it away. He held you close, whispering into your hair. “I love you, Ich liebe dich.” over and over again.
“Why did you leave me?” You mumble into his tan jacket, it was getting soaked with your tears but he didn’t seem to mind, letting you cry.
“I didn’t,” He said kissing your forehead and nose, wiping your tears away with a gloved hand. Then pulling it off with his teeth he threw away a glove stroking your cheek with his now bare hand. “You know you should never believe a word that comes out of Honda or Feliciano’s mouth right?”
You looked down, cradling his massive hand in yours, pressing it your face, breathing him in. “Why would they lie to me?’
“Because they are mad at me,” He said, pulling you into his lap. “I did something that ruined our plan and they blamed you.”
“What was it?” You looked into his violet eyes, seeming to forget for a moment that a knife was across the room from you and it had made the whole in your shirt that Lutz was now touching.
“I don’t want to talk about it,” His expression was hard, closed off. “I love you and that’s all that matters.”
You leaned up against him more, struggling to stay in control. “L-Lutz?”
“Yes, Liebe?”
“Will you love me forever?”
“As long as our souls exist I will love you, (Name)”
“And what if they don’t?”
He chuckled darkly, kissing you deeply and passionately.
“Then I will be able to love you forever”
